HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN:

If you would like to return a product, please send us an email to sales@jmshoepower.com Please provide as many details as possible, including: Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, and your reason for the return. If the return is authorized, you will receive further instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

 

Returns will be submitted through your account by accessing previous orders. Please note that we may request you to email/send pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back.

 

Before returning the item, repackage the item including:

 

Original box

Unworn shoes with all tags intact

 

PAYING FOR YOUR RETURN SHIPMENT:

J&M Shoes Inc is unable to provide pre-paid shipping labels for your return. It is fully your responsibility to pay for return shipments.

 

HOW TO SEND YOUR AUTHORIZED RETURN:

Visit Returns or follow the steps provided above to log into your account and submit a return request. You will be assigned an RMA number once your return has been authorized. You will need to get authorization in order for your returned item(s) to be accepted.

 

Include a copy of the original Packing List in the package, and indicate whether you would like to be refunded for the item.

 

Ship the item, using your choice of carrier, to:

Upon approved refund, Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the items, as long as the items are received in unworn condition, original box, with all tags intact. Refunds to credit cards will be issued. and may take up to 4 business days to post to your account. We do not have a way to issue refunds to cancelled credit cards, or to any credit card other than the one used to place the initial order.

Refused/Undeliverable Shipping Addresses/Unclaimed orders are subject to $25 restocking fee which is deducted from the customers refund as soon as the package arrives back at our store. You will not be eligible for reship.

 

You may return unworn shoes for a full refund, as long as the return shipment is postmarked within 30 days from when you received your order.

 

If you are returning unworn product you have 14 days from receiving the product to submit a return request for it. You will not receive any kind of compensation until we process the return in our store.

 

Return requests will be rejected if the item has been worned.

 

We do not exchange. We issue credit and you will have to place an order for a different item. If you would like a different size/style, please place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to make sure we have your size/style in stock
